What You'll Discover In This Episode:
In my experience, most entrepreneurs are facing a multitude of challenges in their business at any given moment. Battling those challenges steals your time that could otherwise be spent growing your business and maximizing your profits.
So what challenges are holding you back?
Lack of a schedule? Poor planning? Time management? Eliminating distractions? Staying focused? Lost time? Too much to do? Anxiety? Stress?
While entrepreneurs face similar productivity challenges, no two businesses are the same which is why no two challenges are the exact same. There are too many unique variables involved. That is why personalized business coaching that focuses on productivity improvement can be incredibly beneficial. Each session is uniquely tailored to meet the objectives and address the challenges of the entrepreneur being coached.
So what does a typical coaching session with me look like?
In this episode of Productivity Straight Talk, I sit down with Carol Cox of Speaking Your Brand who quadrupled her income in the past year! Carol joins me for a special on-air, one-hour coaching session in which I instruct how to create more efficiency by investing her time differently. We tackle some of Carol’s productivity challenges including not having enough time to complete the multitude of tasks on her plate, battling decision fatigue, and having success with time blocking.
We also dive into the topics of planning your day, batching, power hours, focus management, prioritizing, delegating, and my four “buckets.” We go in some many directions which is typically what happens during customized one-on-one coaching sessions with me. That’s because clients dictate the direction of our sessions based on their needs and objectives.
